Used-parts return policy
Most standard used parts can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 calendar days when they are uninstalled, unchanged and accompanied by the original receipt and C&D markings.
Standard used parts
Return within 7 calendar days with the original receipt and intact C&D markings. The part must be uninstalled, unmodified and in the same condition. Eligible returns receive an exchange or store credit.
Wrong or defective part
If C&D supplied the wrong part, or a part represented as working is confirmed defective, C&D will provide a replacement when available. If no suitable replacement is available, C&D will refund the part purchase price.
Engines and transmissions
30-day part-only replacement warranty. Professional installation and receipts for required fluids, filters and related service may be required. Overheating, improper installation, broken heat tabs, racing, abuse or disassembly voids coverage.
Final-sale items
Electrical parts, computers and modules, catalytic converters, airbags, glass, body cuts, special-order parts and any item clearly sold AS-IS are final sale unless C&D supplied a different item than the one written on the receipt.
What is not covered
Labor, towing, shipping, programming, diagnostics, fluids and incidental or consequential costs are not covered. Fitment should be verified by VIN before purchase. Receipt-specific written terms control, and this policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
